Great location, excellent mountain view from front windows, superior hosts who are gracious and very knowledgeable about the town and local area. lots of things to do nearby, fishing, nice shops and restaurants close, quiet and peaceful at the guesthouse, see deer daily walking around the property.

From the moment we got out of our car, we were captivated by the Roan Hill Ranch and guesthouse. Sierra’s correspondence was so warm and friendly that we knew we were going to love our stay. The house itself was meticulously tidy with fascinating memorabilia and Western decor. My husband and I spent much of our time on the broad front porch, enjoying the rustling of the horses, the geese honking on the Platte River bottom, and watching the sun rise and set over the landscape. The original description of the property doesn’t emphasize the view, but it is lovely at all times of the day! Bob and Sierra are wonderful hosts, eager to answer any questions ...their place demonstrates their pride and love for their surroundings. We had a wonderful two nights here and will make it our home away when next we visit Wyoming.... PS There are just two of us, but this would be very comfortable for a family of four as well....

Roan Hill is a clean and comfortable lodging and it has a wonderful view from its front door. The hosts are friendly and helpful and make sure you have a comfortable visit. If you like the outdoors and beautiful scenery you can't go wrong staying here.

Sierra's place was wonderful. The horses were beautiful and she was very accommodating and communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful owners and hosts. Nestled in a quiet corner of town... and nothing is far away. A comfortable and spacious place with all one ( or a small family) needs to relax or as a base of operations to see the sights. Many helpful tips provided for food and sightseeing. Spectacular views across the valley to the mountain range. Highly, highly recommend!

Sierra has such a great place. I nice place to spend the weekend with a BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains and some friendly horses and a dog to greet you right outside the front door. Quick drive to downtown or about a 1.5 mile walk. We plan to stay with Sierra the next time we come to town.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! If you are traveling into Wyoming, and want to experience what Wyoming has to offer, this is the place to stay. The place itself is perfect for 1-4 individuals, with absolutely stunning views. Sierra and Bob are some of the best hosts we have had, and truly represent the good-natured people that Wyoming has. I highly recommend if you're considering staying in Saratoga, book this place now! You won't regret it.

Sierra and Bob were super nice and very helpful with tips where fish, buy groceries and local areas to visit. Very nice place to stay and will definitely return for a future stay.

This is a clean, comfortable and quiet property with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. It is decorated with a western theme and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The hosts are great people who know the area and are available to supply any information you may need. It is located in the small town of Saratoga, surrounded by mountains. The people are friendly and even stop for you to cross the street. There is one grocery store, several restaurants and bars, but no fast food places.

We are back a second time and everything is as clean and comfortable as the first time. The western decor is charming and the hosts couldn't be nicer or more welcoming. It's a pleasure to get up every morning and sit on the porch and admire the view of the mountains. For the second year in a row, they have exceeded expectations.

We feel truly blessed to have found this little piece of heaven, to bring our family together and celebrate my moms 75th birthday. Bob and Sierra made this weekend so special for our family. The fresh picked wild flowers, the warm hospitality, the beautiful views, the fire pit, the BBQ. My family hasn't stopped talking about the amazing guesthouse tucked away in such a beautiful place and a special couple that were a part of wonderful memories made!!! We definately will be back!

Roan Hill Ranch Guesthouse is the kind of place I don't want to tell others about because I selfishly want to keep it to myself. With hospitality like that offered by Bob and Sierra, it is no wonder that the secret is out. This is the best place to stay in Saratoga. My wife and I traveled to Saratoga from Fort Collins for an anniversary weekend getaway. Sierra had a bottle of wine and card waiting when we arrived. She made reservations at Bella's for dinner. (If you go to Saratoga, go to Bella's. In fact, go to Saratoga if for no other reason then just to eat at Bella's - it's that good.) The guesthouse is well-appointed. It's quite cozy and has a tasteful Western flare. I believe the queen bed is a tempurpedic. It's quite comfortable. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to make a full meal. The views from the front of the guesthouse are amazing. Our first night there, I saw a shooting star like I had never seen. In the daylight, the mountain vistas are picturesque. But, in my mind, Bob and Sierra make the place. They are welcoming, friendly, and willing to share their knowledge of the area with you, but yet offer you privacy. Bob provided us excellent tips on local fishing and hiking spots - map included.
